My graduating Thesis Film 'Lady Luck' has won Best Film at New York Film Academy, Sydney. Screening at Event Cinemas in George Street on the VMAX Screen, it was an honor to see my film screened amongst a fantastic quality short film line up.
At the end of the night, I was awarded a crystal trophy and was able to say a few words of praise to my foster parents who had flown over from Darwin to support me on the night.
I couldn't have done it without the support of Grahame Ware Jnr, Billabong Zoo, JC Racing, Kings Poker and the incredible cast who got behind the script.
It was an amazing experience to end the year on and I'm proud to have Lady Luck as a calling card as I start my career in film.
